Hours and Compensation

    5:15 AM to After the polls close at 8:00 PM.
  • Compensation
    $300 for Election Day. $21.43 per hour for Early Voting.

    Full-day shifts are preferred. Part-day shifts may also be available.

  • Minimum Age Requirements
    16-year-old students who are U.S. citizens and state residents.
  • Training Details
    Yes. You must attend a training session.
  • In-person training typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. Poll workers must complete training at least once every two years.

Bilingual English-Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Poll workers are needed for Election Day and for the Early Voting period prior to Election Day.

Individuals who are comfortable using computers and tablets are strongly encouraged to apply.
