$180 to $230 for full day on Election Day. Some workers earn an hourly rate of $16 per hour on Election Day. $30 to $50 for training. $16 per hour plus mileage for workers who pick up and drop off election materials. - Other Details

Voter Registration Requirements
- Requirements
Poll workers over the age of 18 must either be registered voters in California or be lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. and otherwise eligible to register to vote except for their lack of U.S. citizenship.

16-year-old students who are U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted for U.S. permanent residence. - Training Details
Yes. You must attend a training session.
Training typically lasts 2 to 3 hours.
