Hours and Compensation

Election Day: 6:00 AM. Early Voting: 9:00 AM. to Election Day: 9:30 PM. Early Voting: 8:00 PM. - Compensation
$100 for each day served at the vote center. $80 for completing all training requirements. Additional $100 stipend for Bilingual Election Workers who speak a qualified language. - Other Details

Voter Registration Requirements

Poll workers over the age of 18 must either be registered voters in California or be lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. and otherwise eligible to register to vote except for their lack of U.S. citizenship.

Yes. You must attend a training session.
A combination of in-person and online training is required. In-person training typically 3 hours. Online training typically lasts 3 hours.
