$16.22 to $21.16 per hour. - Other Details
Most poll workers must work the entire day. There is an election night shift from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Voter Registration Requirements

Poll workers over the age of 18 must either be registered voters in California or be lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. and otherwise eligible to register to vote except for their lack of U.S. citizenship.

Placer County is hiring workers for Vote Centers which are open in the weeks prior to Election Day. Early vote commitments vary by number of days. Early vote hours working are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the days leading up to Election Day. Election Day hours are listed above.
Placer County is also hiring for Election Night workers from 8:00 to 11:00 PM.
