Voter Registration Requirements

Poll workers over the age of 18 must either be registered voters in California or be lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. and otherwise eligible to register to vote except for their lack of U.S. citizenship.

16-year-old students who are U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted for U.S. permanent residence. - Training Details
Yes. You must attend a training session.
In-person training typically lasts 2 hours for most poll workers. Lead poll workers are hired as part-time employees and attend a 3-week training.
