Voter Registration Requirements

Poll workers over the age of 18 must either be registered voters in California or be lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. and otherwise eligible to register to vote except for their lack of U.S. citizenship.

Yes. You must attend a training session.
A combination of in-person and online training is required. In-person training typically lasts 3 hours. Online training typically lasts 3 hours.

Most positions require a full day commitment except for night workers, who work from 6:00 PM to midnight.
